Σε λίγες μέρες αναχωρούμε για Denver, Colorado για το Worldwork 2011. Έντεκα ψυχές από την Ελλάδα θα συμμετάσχουν στο σεμινάριο. Η Λένα Ασλανίδου, Λίλη Βασιλείου, Βασιλική Κατριβάνου, Νάνσυ Παπαθανασίου, Αλεξάνδρα Βασιλείου και Γρηγόρης Βέλλιος ως μέλη του προσωπικού διδασκαλίας και συντονισμού ομάδων. Η Άννα Σταυροπούλου, Τατιάνα Γιομπαζολιά, Ελένη Χουβαρδά, Σοφία Ηλία και Βενετία Μπουρονίκου, συμπληρώνουν την συμμετοχή της ομάδας από την Ελλάδα.
Τα σεμινάρια ‘Worldwork and Conflict Resolution’ πραγματοποιούνται σε διαφορετικές χώρες. Μέχρι στιγμής έχουμε ταξιδέψει για αυτά τα σεμινάρια στο Όρεγκον των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών (1991, 1993, 1996, 2004), στη Μπρατισλάβα της Σλοβακίας (1994), στην Λονάβαλα της Ινδίας (1997), στην Ουάσινγκτον των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών (1999), στην Ερέτρια της Ελλάδας (2002), στο Σύντνεϋ της Αυστραλίας (2006), στο Λονδίνο του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου (2008).
Στα σεμινάρια συμμετέχουν 250-300 άτομα από 25-30 χώρες, με σκοπό την θεωρητική κατάρτιση και βιωματική εφαρμογή του Process Work, της Διεργασίας Ομάδας (Group Process) και της Επίλυσης Συγκρούσεων (Conflict Resolution) για την ανάπτυξη της παγκόσμιας επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας. Τα σεμινάρια εστιάζουν σε δομές κοινωνικής ισχύς και προνομίων, στην διαπολιτισμική ενημερότητα, στα δικαιώματα του ανθρώπου, στη ψυχολογία των μειονοτήτων, στα στερεότυπα και τις προκαταλήψεις, στην επιθετικότητα και την βία, στη λεκτική και εξωλεκτική επικοινωνία, και στη διευθέτηση της επίλυσης συγκρούσεων.
