Η Λένα Ασλανίδου κι εγώ, για άλλη μια φορά, μετά από πρόσκληση του Process Work Slovakia, πήγαμε στη Σλοβακία για ένα σεμινάριο με θέμα ‘Σχέσεις’. Οικείο το Μοναστήρι στο Svaty Jur, χώρος φιλόξενος για το σεμινάριο, κι ένα χωριό με το καλύτερο τσαγάδικο που έχουμε επισκεφθεί!
Το σεμινάριο ήταν πλούσιο και η επιθυμία της ομάδας για εξερεύνηση βαθιά και συγκινητική. Περάσαμε τρεις μέρες εντατικής δουλειάς. Στο τέλος του σεμιναρίου, ζητήσαμε από την ομάδα να μοιραστεί το συναίθημα με το οποίο φεύγει. Μερικές από τις απαντήσεις τους:
… I discovered new land in myself
… fascinated, thankful
… I feel more freedom, good air, more oxygen
…I am leaving more like a playful child
…I feel calm, warmth inside
…I found courage to travel all around the place, and this makes me happy
…I am leaving with more understanding of myself
… relief, and more connection to the earth
…I got in contact with my heart, found a source of calmness and energy in my body
… more rooted, and with respect with something bigger
… closer to myself, bigger connection with myself
… relaxation, meditation and the smell of the air after rain
… I appreciated traveling to different ‘earth spots’ and am very surprised at the things I found there
…inspired, many possibilities opened up for me
… I am leaving with a new point of view and playfulness, with some kind of personal growth
… as if I came home after a good hike, relaxed and satisfied
… i found depth, and that I can find answers inside of myself
… fullness, as if I opened a window and found a universe
… feeling supported that I am doing something right, and also found new tools to make my relationship better
… thankful for new approaches, confirmation of something that I had not named before
