Το Processwork Hub στέκει αλληλέγγυο στο κίνημα Black Lives Matter και σε κάθε κίνημα που αγωνίζεται για την αναγνώριση και καταπολέμηση του κοινωνικού και συστημικού ρατσισμού. Αναγνωρίζουμε τις προσωπικές και κοινωνικές συνέπειες του ρατσισμού και την τοξική επίδραση στην ψυχική και σωματική υγεία ανθρώπων που τον βιώνουν, ανθρώπων που τον υποστηρίζουν, αλλά και της ευρύτερης κοινότητας.
Ο ρατσισμός, αν και αναδύθηκε στις ειδήσεις των τελευταίων εβδομάδων μέσα από τη δολοφονία του George Floyd στις Η.Π.Α., δεν υπάρχει μόνο εκεί (στην άλλη πλευρά του Ατλαντικού). Παραμένει ζωντανός, ως κοινωνική και συστημική συνθήκη και εδώ στον τόπο μας.
Είναι ευθύνη μας να αυξήσουμε την επίγνωση μας για το πως επηρεάζει όλους και όλες μας, τις σχέσεις μας, τον τρόπο με τον οποίον ζούμε, τα προνόμια που δημιουργεί στην πλειονότητα και στερεί από συνανθρώπους μας. Δεσμευόμαστε στη συνεχή εκπαίδευση μας και στην ενεργή δράση μας για την καταπολέμηση του ρατσισμού, ως επαγγελματίες και ως κοινωνικά άτομα.

The Processwork Hub stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement and with every movement that fights for the recognition and dismantling of social and systemic racism. We recognize the personal and social consequences of racism and the toxic effects on the mental and physical health of those who experience it, of those who perpetrate it and of the wider community as a whole.
Racism, while emerging in the news in recent weeks through the assassination of George Floyd in the USA, does not exist only there (on the other side of the Atlantic). It remains alive, as a social and systemic reality here in our country as well.
It is our responsibility to raise awareness, in ourselves and our communities, of how it affects everyone and everything, our relationships, the way we live, the privileges it creates for the majority and deprives from our fellow human beings. We are committed to continuing our education and activism, both as professionals and as individuals.
