Leadership Training

Since 1996, the Processwork Hub collaborates with public and private organizations, NGOs, activist groups, and self-organized groups, providing experiential training in the following areas that empower individuals and groups:

• communication and conflict resolution
• teamwork building and group process
• leadership skills
• teamwork support and supervision
• group process facilitation
• professional burnout
• violence prevention tools

These training seminars are designed based on the needs of each organization or group and the specific needs of the group that is formed. They are implemented as day long or two day trainings, weekly or monthly meetings.

Some of the organizations that we have collaborated with: Ministry of Education - Education of the Muslim Minority, Medical School of Ioannina, Athenian Insittute of Anthropos (AIA), Municipality of Athens, Doctros Without Borders, Secours Islamique France, Greek Council for Refugees, Diotima, Lesbian Group of Athens, Lampidona Community Center of Vyronas.
